ADR Training
MED-014. Early Intervention Program
Objectives: Everyone is looking for the lowest level of intervention in
dispute management. This program development is customized to create
response teams equipped to identify trouble spots and provide employee
and/or management training. This program takes a systems approach to
workplace conflict and complaints, taking these and turning them into
opportunity for system improvement, progress, productivity and growth.
Topics may include Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE) skill set training and
program development.
MED-015. Introduction to ADR
Objectives: Examine what ADR IS and what it IS NOT. Review the primary
processes and the hybrid processes. Decide whether ADR is the appropriate
remedy. Choose an ADR Method. Design your own hybrid process.
MED-016. Planning an ADR Program – Designing a Successful System
Objectives: Learn what processes should be followed to develop a
successful Workplace Alternative Dispute Resolution system. Gain insight
into positive program management.
MED-017. Revitalize Your ADR Program
Objectives: Attendees will examine the tools for evaluating the
effectiveness of their current ADR program. Study examples of corrective
measures that can be taken to strengthen a weak program. Participants will
be taught why mediation programs numbers falter, what ADR programs need to
do to improve participation in mediation, how to address potential and
persistent problems in the workplace, consider ways in which to improve
“early intervention” of complainants, look at techniques, programs, and
approaches to identify and respond at the earliest possible opportunity,
and evaluate goals for program success.
